2. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited when using our services:

• Sharing login credentials or course access with unauthorized individuals
• Downloading, copying, or redistributing course materials without permission
• Using automated systems to access or download content
• Disrupting or interfering with the platform's security or functionality
• Posting inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
• Attempting to reverse engineer or modify our educational platform

3. Service Access Requirements

To access our educational services, you must be at least 16 years of age or have parental consent. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. High-speed internet access and a modern web browser are required for optimal course experience.

2. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts under certain circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms of Service or course-specific policies
• Fraudulent activity or misuse of payment systems
• Disruption of the learning environment for other students
• Failure to make required payments for enrolled courses
• Inactive accounts that pose security risks to our platform

In cases of account termination, you may lose access to course materials and progress. We will provide reasonable notice when possible and offer opportunities to resolve issues before permanent termination.

3. Multiple Account Policy

Each individual is permitted one primary account on our platform. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent course access limitations, payment requirements, or account restrictions is prohibited. Corporate or institutional accounts may be arranged separately through our business services.

We strive to maintain reliable service availability while reserving the right to perform necessary maintenance:

• Regular maintenance windows may temporarily restrict access
• Emergency maintenance may occur without advance notice
• We aim for 99% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
• Technical issues will be addressed as quickly as possible
• Extended outages may result in course deadline extensions

2. Course and Feature Availability

Course availability and platform features may vary based on several factors:

• Courses may have enrollment limits or specific start dates
• Seasonal availability may affect certain specialized courses
• New features are continuously added to enhance the learning experience
• Legacy features may be deprecated with appropriate notice
• Geographic restrictions may apply to certain content or services

3. Service Updates and Changes

Growth Labs reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue services with reasonable notice to enrolled students. Significant changes to course content or platform functionality will be communicated through email notifications and platform announcements. We continuously improve our educational offerings based on student feedback and industry developments.

1. Content Ownership

Growth Labs retains ownership of all educational materials, course content, and platform technology:

• All course videos, presentations, and written materials are proprietary
• Platform software and user interface designs are protected intellectual property
• Trademarks, logos, and brand elements belong exclusively to Growth Labs
• Third-party content is used under appropriate licensing agreements
• Student projects and submissions remain the property of the student

2. License Grants

Enrolled students receive limited rights to access and use course materials:

• Personal, non-commercial use for educational purposes
• Access duration limited to course enrollment period plus 6 months
• Permission to reference course concepts in professional work
• Right to include course completion on professional profiles
• No rights to redistribute, copy, or create derivative works

3. Copyright and Trademark Protection

All content provided through Growth Labs is protected by Finnish and international copyright laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of course materials may result in legal action. Students agree to respect intellectual property rights and report any suspected copyright infringement to our support team.

1. Payment Requirements

Course enrollment requires payment according to published pricing and terms:

• Payment must be completed before course access is granted
• All prices are listed in Euros and include applicable VAT
• Payment plans may be available for certain courses
• Corporate billing arrangements can be made for group enrollments
• Failed payments may result in immediate suspension of course access

2. Refund Policy

We offer refunds under specific circumstances to ensure student satisfaction:

• Full refund available within 14 days of course start if less than 25% completed
• Technical issues preventing course access may qualify for full refunds
• Course cancellation by Growth Labs results in automatic full refund
• Partial refunds may be considered for exceptional circumstances
• Refund processing typically takes 5-10 business days

3. Billing Disputes

If you have questions about charges or need to dispute a payment, please contact our billing support team within 60 days of the charge. We will investigate all billing inquiries promptly and work to resolve issues fairly. Students may also contact their payment provider to initiate dispute proceedings if necessary.
